Wide Range of Machine Capabilities

Plastic injection molding machines are classified by their tonnage; the clamping pressure leveraged by the machine. These machines range in tonnage from 5 tons to well over 1000 tons. Although many projects won’t call for a machine on the larger end of that scale, it is important that your injection molding partner has enough variety to meet your needs. Plastics Plus Technology offers this with 15 different machines ranging from 35-300 tonnage. This is more than enough variety to handle many different-sized projects: small, medium, and large.

Comprehensive Material Knowledge

Each application tends to require a base material that has its own innate properties. However, there are many applications that require fillers or additives mixed in to achieve certain properties. This can have an effect on the molding process and the quality resulting product. As a customer molder, we have a deep history of working with a wide range of materials with additives. That’s how we are able to help you succeed in making a functional and high-quality product.
